Brazil, South America (November 7, 2014) – International preacher Bro. Eli Soriano brings his straightforward, factual and biblical approach to preaching on the Web, with his new blog titled, Controversy Extraordinary.
Bro. Eli’s new blog, penned under the name of Mr. Controversy, debuted on Oct. 21, 2014. This is his second blog after the award-winning esoriano.wordpress.com.
On his initial post, the blogging preacher who is also known as “The Truthcaster” started things off by welcoming everyone to “the world of controversies,” and shared an excerpt from the Philippines’ Supreme Court En Banc which supports the concept of his unique blog:
“The bedrock of freedom of religion is freedom of thought and it is best served by encouraging the marketplace of dueling ideas. When the luxury of time permits, the marketplace of ideas demands that speech should be met by more speech for it is the spark of opposite speech, the heat of colliding ideas that can fan the embers of truth,” introduced Bro. Eli to his web audience.
Immediately following his introductory post was his blog entitled “Controversies around the Most Controversial Figure: Let us Reason,” wherein he discussed “the most controversial figure in the history of humanity” – our Lord Jesus Christ. He followed this up with a blog about the biblical and scientific reason how all men came from one blood.
The official hashtag associated with the blog post, #AllMenCameFromOneBlood, also debuted on Philippine Twitter’s 8th spot on October 31, 2014.
The Controversy Extraordinary blog is the latest addition to Bro. Eli’s propagation efforts on the Web, which includes a weekly, live Bible Exposition in Spanish and Portuguese languages, as well as his regular answering of queries on his official Twitter handle @BroEliSoriano. He may also be heard preaching the Gospel 24/7 on his official Bible Q&A websites AngDatingDaan.org and TheOldPath.TV.
Bro. Eli Soriano is a multi-awarded Filipino preacher known for answering queries of faith with verses straight from the Bible. He is the host of one of the Philippines’ longest-running religious programs called The Old Path and the Overall Servant to the Members Church of God International (MCGI).
