Brazil (9 April 2016) – Responding to a question from a letter sender about the difficulty of being an introvert in a Church group that requires teamwork, Bro. Eli Soriano blogs about human psychology from the standpoint of the Bible.
In his blog titled “Faith Can Move Mountains of Shyness,” the phenomenal televangelist said that he himself was an introverted person, and someone “who feels uneasy when I am with people.”
“I am always afraid that I might commit mistakes and be spurned,” further explained Bro. Eli, but indicated that it was “the renewal promised by the Holy Scriptures [that] happened in my person.”
Shyness, which according to Psychology Today’s Dan Buettner, is a feeling of uneasiness or anxiety experienced in a social situation, has been receiving countless conversations and discussion in recent decades.
Buettner tackled the ratio of introverts and extroverts in the world, placing the total number at around 16 to 50% of the population worldwide. This gives a clear picture of how our society is constituted by a silent crowd needing to belong.
Meanwhile, Bro. Eli’s latest blog was published through his controversyextraordinary.com website. After @MrControversxyX tweeted the link to the new blog to his more than 36,100 followers, it now has more than 1,200 retweets. Participants of his online Twitter discussion used the hashtag: #FaithConquersShyness.
Then as of April 10, more than 3,500 shared the article from the Facebook fan page of Bro. Eli Soriano and more than 3,300 shared it from Mr. Controversy Facebook fan page.
Bro. Eli concluded that through God’s help and mercy, an introvert can become an extrovert. “I have learned to trust, not on my own capacity but, with the power and the capacity of my creator. To whom all honor and glory and praises is due, forever and ever. AMEN!”
